Dr. Oster is an infectious disease specialist at Scripps Clinic Medical Group in San Diego, California. He has served on the faculty at the University of Miami School of Medicine and at the VA Medical Center in Miami; earlier, he was a Fellow in Infectious Diseases at the University of Miami. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of California, San Diego. He is board certified in internal medicine. His areas of interest include the treatment of HIV infections, as well as the full range of bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic diseases.
