How Much Salt Do You Consume?
Most of us get way more than recommended

high blood pressureMany of us like a little spice in our lives, but according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, most Americans consume way too much salt, which is linked to high blood pressure.

A new study suggests that if Americans reduce their salt intake by one gram per day, there would be 250,000 fewer new cases of heart disease in one decade.
